A brand new system was just installed for this commercial facility in Delray Beach!
We arrived in Delray Beach to check line set for a water leak. Found that line sets going into the home were going in at an angle facing inside which could be causing water to go inside through pipe insulation. Bowed line sets at angle going towards outside which will help if that was cause of leak. Also re taped line sets to prevent water from going in trough joints in insulation. Cut previous insulation installed in line chase. And re insulated line chase cover at an angle so that water can’t get inside. There should not be any more water leaks. If leak persist then it most likely has to do with roof.
